Basic Skillet Pac Choy


  1. 3 small pac choy

  2. 1 small chopped onion

  3. 1T or more Coconut oil

  4. Low sodium soy sauce

  5. Chili garlic sauce

  6. Salt

  7. Your favorite chopped nuts


Cut the bottom off the pac choy so that all the stalks fall off

Remove the leaves from the stalk

Chop up the stalks and put in bowl

Chop up the leaves and put in bowl (keep separate from stalks)

Heat the coconut oil in a heavy skillet

Add the chopped onion and chopped choy stalks

Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes

Add the chopped leaves and turn off heat.

Allow the leaves to barely wilt and add a splash of soy sauce, a small spoon of chili garlic sauce, and salt to taste.

Stir it all around until well mixed and add the nuts.


Don’t fear the choy!
