I help people who want to make sustainable changes in their lives, using a whole body approach, that leads to a healthier, happier life as we journey through the years. I will partner with you to develop your own personal health vision, based on your unique health needs. I use an integrative whole-body approach (mind, body and spirit) that unlocks your inner fire and creates a sustainable plan that empowers you to lead a healthier, happier life. I am passionate that we can live happy and healthy well into our twilight years, and enjoy our lives fully if we are mindful about how we approach health. Good mental and physical health begins with good nutrition. Most of us struggle with this and need support in reaching our goals. Health coaching can also include addressing or preventing chronic diseases such as obesity and diabetes. It might also mean helping you move to a place where you work out or just lead a more active life. Let me help you take charge of your own health and live life like you have always wanted. Typical time frame: 6 personal sessions over a 3 month time period. The initial session lasts 60-90 minutes. Subsequent sessions last 30-40 minutes. Meet approximately every two weeks for 3 months.
