Veggie Cooking Class – October 17, 2013

Winter vegetables are some of the most beautiful and nutritious. Unfortunately, some people also find them the most challenging.  Check out the plans Chef Matthew Sganga has for our winter vegetable cooking class. We can hardly wait to get some exciting new ideas for cooking our delicious Winter CSA veggies (Winter CSA starts Nov 1!). Grab your favorite beverage and get ready to do some slicing and dicing!
